This involves a small, fixed annual fee—offering you a cost-effective alternative to other service providers who often charge monthly rates based on the number of staff numbers.
Chair Person
I take pride in chairing disciplinary hearings with impartiality, basing outcomes solely on the evidence presented. I believe an external perspective provides clarity and objectivity, helping ensure a fair and just process.
Workplace Discipline
Disciplining a subordinate can often be challenging due to various interpersonal or organizational dynamics. However, I approach each case with impartiality, relying solely on the organization’s code of conduct, the employee’s job description, and the disciplinary code. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep understanding of both employer and employee needs—ranging from conflict resolution to making the tough decisions that come with leadership.
I am well-versed in all aspects of human relations and confident in my ability to manage each step with professionalism and care. My knowledge of PSIRA regulations is up to date, and I make it a priority to stay informed as they evolve, ensuring my clients always receive accurate and current guidance. I also stay on top of changes in labour law to offer the most relevant and compliant HR support.
